Yes, every Trainer holds a Certification that is recognized by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC), and the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA), which are responsible for accrediting certification programs. The DEAC and the NCCA are recognized by the Board of Education.
Plan on being at the gym for about one hour. We are going to discuss your goals and take you through a workout. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water.
For beginners with a weight loss goal, three days a week for a few months is ideal, but it depends on time and budget. During your complimentary session, we will figure out what works best for you.
The best time to workout is the time that fits into your schedule. The key to success is consistency. Figuring out a time you are able to adhere to on a consistent basis is more important than theories regarding early mornings vs evenings.
Our prices per scheduled session are $25 for Group Training, $30 for Semi-Private, and $35 for One-on-One. Payments are made in 10 session blocks upfront, or monthly with auto-draft.
You don’t have to cancel your membership. We encourage our clients to train at their gym on off days for continued success.
Absolutely! If you don’t want to workout alone, you can workout with a friend, or join a scheduled group training session.

We use fitness evaluations to monitor your progress. Fitness evaluations consist of strength tests, cardiovascular tests, and body measurements.
