"I started this journey at 242lbs and wearing a size 22. Now almost 3 years later I am at 173lbs, a size 12, and still losing!"
My fitness career started in 1998 after I received my Bachelor’s of Science from the College of Charleston ‘97 located in Charleston, South Carolina where I grew up. Since then I have worked with thousands of awesome adults and children of various fitness levels. Over the span of more than twenty years I’ve been fortunate to train in local gyms in Charleston, LA Fitness in Rosewell, GA, and eventually landing in New Bedford MA where I’ve taken all that I’ve learned and created Liteweights Personal Training. My goal as a Fitness Training Professional has always been to improve the quality of life for my clients through safe and effective fitness programs, and I Love It.
